I like the welcoming and helpful staff at the reception, specially Tina who was very kind and helpful with the information where to go and what to do in Mykonos, The exceptional housekeeping service, they have been consistently cleaning minimum twice a day, The delicious a la cart breakfast with varieties of different dishes, The staff in the restaurant were “Amazing always” special thanks to Alex who made us feel special and took care about us, The location was good, about 20 minutes walk from Mykonos town center, but the hill was a little hard to climb on the way back, The transfer service from and to airport was paid but very convenient and efficient, also the driver Alphonso was friendly and helpful, It was our first experience in Mykonos and we had a blast, The pictures of the property are real.

The staff were very nice and helpful. They let us check out late as our ferry departed later in the day. They also helped organizing transportation. The pool area was nice and chill. The aircondition in the room worked perfectly. It was very clean.

We couldn’t have been more impressed with this property. The staff and service was so lovely! The food and drinks were absolutely incredible. We chose to eat dinner at the hotel instead of going into Mykonos and it was the best decision—fresh octopus, lamb thigh, an amazing Greek salad and white wine from neighboring Tinos. We booked a room with a king bed that also had two twin beds set up in the living area. Each area felt so private and there was plenty of space left over to move around. Huge bathroom. Plenty of towels and hooks for four people.

Stunning hotel. Everything was super clean, the rooms cleaned at least everyday, water was brought and put by your beds in the evening. The rooms were all spacious, enough room to put your things. The hotel was really close to town so you could easily walk there in the evenings. Best thing about the hotel was the staff, all super friendly and welcoming, willing to give you advice on where to go, booked all private transfers for us even at last minute, picked us up and took us to the airport. Can order room service 24/7, reception open 24/7. The restaurant at the hotel was amazing, lots of choice and again the staff were super friendly and fun, flexible on food orders, always had a table for us at any time of the day. On our departure, our flight got cancelled due to the air traffic control issues in the UK and the hotel managed to get us some other rooms for a few more nights and were happy to welcome us back! The hotel is also only a five minute drive from the airport. Definitely will be coming back and recommending to everyone, thank you so much for giving 5 very loud Essex girls the best holiday!

Had the most perfect stay at Ostraco Suites. The hotel is beautiful and clean and the staff went above and beyond. Especially Paros, Sofia, Tina from reception and Alex the bartender. The service they provided was exceptional from being so helpful and welcoming from the day we arrived. We got engaged in Mykonos and they we’re happy to help my fiancé decorate the room for when we got back. The breakfast was also amazing! Thank you Ostraco team for making our holiday, we will definitely be back and cannot recommend this hotel enough.
