From start to finish, the staff were exceptional arrival at the airport greeted and swiftly moved to our minibus transport, shown to reception and the room. Staff so attentive and kind. Table and bar staff were so friendly and chatted with us when we wanted anything they were there. Advice from the reception team allowed us to book quad bikes and they highlighted the places to visit, which honestly was incredibly useful knowing where to go. The apartment and grounds are stunning and immaculate clean, the room was serviced to a very high standard all week. The pool scene is outstanding and honestly took our breath away when we first walked in. Highly recommend from our one week stay.

Can’t say enough about the staff - they were superb, from Faye answering requests for info before we arrived, through Alfonso picking us up from the port (and then later to the airport) and then everyone who looked after us whilst there (especially Stratos and Theodora on the bar / restaurant). ALL the staff were helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Ostraco itself has an excellent vibe to it with Greek decor rooms to a chill out pool area. The breakfast was great, with menu options rather than a buffet, and we had two meals in the restaurant (we were B&B) both were excellent and great value for money. Mykonos centre is only 10 mins walk although please bear in mind it’s down and then uphill on the return (although you walk pass the taxi rank!)

The property was beautiful with a nice layout and well maintained. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The pool area and bar were great and the breakfast was delicious. However, the best part by far was the staff, who were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful. They provided great restaurant and excursion recommendations and helped book all of our reservations and transportation.

I like the welcoming and helpful staff at the reception, specially Tina who was very kind and helpful with the information where to go and what to do in Mykonos, The exceptional housekeeping service, they have been consistently cleaning minimum twice a day, The delicious a la cart breakfast with varieties of different dishes, The staff in the restaurant were “Amazing always” special thanks to Alex who made us feel special and took care about us, The location was good, about 20 minutes walk from Mykonos town center, but the hill was a little hard to climb on the way back, The transfer service from and to airport was paid but very convenient and efficient, also the driver Alphonso was friendly and helpful, It was our first experience in Mykonos and we had a blast, The pictures of the property are real.

Loved our room so much, it was beautiful, light and so spacious. The bathroom was so cool and we had the best sunset from our hot tub. It felt like we were sleeping on a cloud the bed was so comfy. The staff were friendly and I just wish we’d had a little longer.

The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had breakfast and lunch at the hotel and the food was excellent on each occassion. We booked the suite with its on private pool which was lovely having our own private oasis.

Love ostraco suites and would recommend it so much! Went here for the second time and this time with a group of friends. It just the perfect spot if you want to visit Mykonos and go for beach clubs but also be close to the city and you don’t have to take a taxi in the evening. Staff is so so friendly and helpful, the facility is super cute and feels like a little village.

The staff were very nice and helpful. They let us check out late as our ferry departed later in the day. They also helped organizing transportation. The pool area was nice and chill. The aircondition in the room worked perfectly. It was very clean.

We couldn’t have been more impressed with this property. The staff and service was so lovely! The food and drinks were absolutely incredible. We chose to eat dinner at the hotel instead of going into Mykonos and it was the best decision—fresh octopus, lamb thigh, an amazing Greek salad and white wine from neighboring Tinos. We booked a room with a king bed that also had two twin beds set up in the living area. Each area felt so private and there was plenty of space left over to move around. Huge bathroom. Plenty of towels and hooks for four people.

Location great - walkable to the main town. Also good for taxis. Room was clean and comfortable - had terrace area at the back and also an indoor seating area at the entrance. Not overlooked. Pool area was quiet and had comfortable beds and seating. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly. Reception staff very nice. Housekeeping were fab and came twice a day.
